This Privacy Policy explains how AGA China (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about you when you use our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

- Searches & preferences: saved searches, filters, language, and notification settings.
- Inquiries & reservations: information you submit when asking about a vehicle or reserving one (e.g., your contact details, preferred options, delivery info). Payments, if available, may be processed by third-party processors who collect necessary billing data.
- Communications: messages you send us via in-app forms, email, or third-party channels (e.g., WhatsApp). We process their content to respond and support you.
2) Information collected automatically
- Cookies & similar technologies: on our website, we and our partners may use cookies, SDKs, or similar tools for functionality, analytics, and security. You can control cookies via your browser settings.
3) Information from third parties
- Service providers & partners: analytics, fraud prevention, customer support, hosting, and payment partners may provide aggregated or limited personal data to help us operate the Services.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
We do not sell or share (for cross-context behavioral advertising) your personal information. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, or limit the use of sensitive personal information, by contacting cs@agaworldwide.net. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Marketing & notifications
You can opt out of non-essential emails by following the unsubscribe link in our messages. On your device, you can control push notifications through your OS settings. Cookie choices can be managed via your browser.
Account Deletion
If you have created an account in the AGA China app, you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us by email.
To request account deletion, please send an email to cs@agaworldwide.net with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and include:
- Your full name
- The email address used for your AGA China account
- Your phone number (if associated with your account)
- Any relevant account or customer ID shown in the app or our communications
After receiving your request, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity (for example, by asking you to reply from the same email address associated with your account or by requesting additional information). Once verified, we will delete or anonymize your account and personal data, except where we are required to retain certain information for legitimate business or legal reasons (such as records needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance).
We aim to process verified account deletion requests within 30 days, subject to applicable laws. We will notify you by email once your request has been completed.
Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
Third-Party Sites & Services
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, apps, or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We encourage you to review those policies. For example, if you contact us via WhatsApp, your use of WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp’s terms and privacy policy.
